100 days till Halloween. Day 33 - Flaming Skull

  I thought it might be fun to do a count down to Halloween. I really love shooting tanks so I am going to use my blog to feature photos of a different tank every night until Halloween. I am going to start with the non spooky stuff to baby step into full spooktacular for October.

This year we also came up with something new. A Hanging version! That way you can hang one on your porch or anywhere that strikes your fancy.

Gardening 2013 Update #1

Last Thursday we planted some herbs.  

Sunday, we planted some vegetables.  

The moisture means it's working

Awoke this morning and +Carolyn Curtis noticed we have herb sprouts appearing.

Yeah for starting seeds inside.  The herbs are well on there way to being eaten.

Herb Garden 2013

Last year we experimented with some container gardening.  We decided to get a better start this year by starting some herb seeds inside.

We are starting with this four pack.

Jiffy seed starter with seed starting soil.  Just add water!

We are expecting great weather for the next few days, which means these guys will get some great sun and warmth to get them started.

I will update once we see dirt moving.

Foodporn Thursday's

Last night we had beef oven cooked in brown gravy with oven roasted potatoes.  Oh, and these amazing butter flake rolls we recently found.  Good Stuff.

Wenchkin's Coloring Pages - Falling Leaves

This last page was also crowd sourced by Mz Maau. I almost did not post it since I am unhappy with the top right leaf but the other two I am ok with so I am going to let it fly none the less. That is the fun part of crowd sourcing, I get answers I often do not want to attempt but do it anyway to push myself out of my comfort level and leaves are one of those. I am not so hot with the nature.
