365 Mail Art V2 - Day 4

Mail art is nothing new to me. I finished a year of mail art in 2012. I then did a year of drawing people as skulls followed by a year off. Now I am back. I missed having a daily project and so far sending mail all over was my favorite thing to do so it begins again.

If you would like to add your address to be added to my mailing list you can do that here
I do not allow people to choose what cards they get or to pick certain dates. You get what you get when it shows up in the your mail box. Mail art from me is and always will be a free project. If you insist on sending me something stamps always help me create more smiles and are always happily accepted. Everyone that signs up will get one card out of me. If you want more than one you need to send me things. I will always return mail when I recieve things. Unlike my 2012 project I will be catalogging both things I make any given day as well as things I recieved. Everything will be catalogged and blogged.

See you in the mail box!

This 365 is in part my wanting to introduce Mail Art to the people I have had the pleasure of networking with in the Jimmy the Juiceman group on facebook. Due to this you will see a LOT of fan art related to Lucky Cats.

If you want to browse the work I did for my 2012 Mail art project you can find that here

The Jar Day 11

I saw a post of someone writing down good things that happened to them and putting them in a jar to reflect on at the end of the year. I very much enjoyed this idea and thought I would run with it. I have this large glass kitchen container I am not using for anything in particular why not turn it into a time capsule in the making. I think I want to try to run with this being another 365 day project as there has got to be at least one thing a day that happened to me that is memorable in some way.

January 11th

Painted all day. Scott expamded his painting area by using all the tv trays. Who needs a real living room anyway when all we want is a chair and a flat surface near the entertainment center. For vacation we joked we just want to unplug for three days, pretend we are not home and paint.

This is a happy place.

January 10th

New pillow. Hopefully this goes well. Last time I got up in the middle of the nightto go get old pillow. Old pillow is a ratty bag of cotton flufflings. Pure comfort falling apart.

January 9th

Made plans to host a build party with other local vapers. I found a great community of friendly helpful people. Without then I do not know if I could have kept on vaping and learn how to troubleshoot my machines and build coils. My want to quit smoking brought me great new friends.

Scott pulled this out of the trash and told me to use it to finish my 365 jar project.
He is a good helper.

January 7th

Added a new coloring page to my blog. I can not even remember the last time I did that. I LOVED doing a weekly coloring page but that was before I started doing 365 projects.

Maybe next year.

VAPE MAIL!

It has been 300 days since I had a cigarette.

Vaping saved me
