The Jar Days 3 & 4

I saw a post of someone writing down good things that happened to them and putting them in a jar to reflect on at the end of the year. I very much enjoyed this idea and thought I would run with it. I have this large glass kitchen container I am not using for anything in particular why not turn it into a time capsule in the making. I think I want to try to run with this being another 365 day project as there has got to be at least one thing a day that happened to me that is memorable in some way.

I missed the 3rd. Funny part is I finished my drawing of the day and this is the 3rd 365 project I have started so I guess I was bound to miss something somewhere eventually.

January 3rd

  I flaked. I had a headache last night. Ate soup + laid down on the couch. Maybe two projects a day is too many. I am still going to try to follow through.

  Finally started painting again today. I had not felt like doing it for weeks.

January 2nd

  I promise not to write about the internet all year. Have I mentioned I love the internet? I love it like Leslie Hall loves stretch pants. Not just the internet but G+ as many people have made me smile and laugh today, The kindness of others will buy me a whole new box of pens and a case of paper.

Today was a good day, I love the people I have networked with and drawn on Plus.

January 1st
  +Michele Messenger asked people to change their profile pictures to one I had drawn of them if they had one.

My 365 extension filled up in about an hour.

A year ago it took me a week to get the first 30 slots filled. Today I can not handle the amount of people who want to be drawn.

This was originally just a 365 project where I drew a person a day At the end of 365 days I actually drew 403 people. I opened the project up again this year for a limited time to run it up to 500 people I have drawn and I am capping it at that.
